Hi,
Makkies and Pollock with the odd bass on the front of the tide at the moment. Check out my website for other locations in the St Austell area. However you might want to try the R. Camal at Padstow. Drive down to the bottom car park, by the lobster hatchery, park, and walk down the camel trail towards the iron brigde for about 5-600m and you will find the Boys Brigade Jetty and slipway. Fish about 60yds, peeler, rag or lug or cocktail on the front of the tide, You can start fishing about 3 hours before high. Warnings: DO NOT WALK ONTO THE MUD, IT IS HAZARDOUS WITH SOFT SPOTS IF YOU DON'T KNOW THE AREA. ALSO BE AWARE OF MOORING LINES. Despite this it does fish well on the right tide. Dusk and evenings are best,
Best of luck
