As I was starting this I thought it might be a waste of time, because if it recieved as much support from this site as the comp itself it would end up with a 0 in the No. of times read column. The competition was run by Steve, (from England), a realy nice guy , because of Bobs unfortunate circumstances . The only thing that was wrong was, if it was not for some anglers who read the Sea Angler magazine there would have only been 4 anglers there, Steve, two other guys from the Northeast forum that he brought with him and myself, the only representative from the Scottish forum. The weather was great, fish were caught and I met some very interesting fellow anglers, unfortunatley none from this forum which I thought was the original idea. All I can say is that I am most disapointed in my fellow Scots for their lack of intrest and it was their loss.

I was considering this, but never had my name down on the forum. Unfortunately getting up there on time for starters wasn't a possibility as I'd of been using public transport. I'll try my best to make it to any future comps though.
