Spent the last few days with boat club MERTAC up at Scootland on a charter trip out of Scrabster Harbour. Day 1 (14th July 2006)
We drifted just off the picturesque cliffs of the Orkneys for Pollock & Cod.

Neil with a superb Cod of 7lb..
John with a cracking Pollock of 7lb-3oz, (wins the heaviest fish prize donated by Moreton Angling Centre (thanks Chris he was well made up with his new spooling station )
. .Summary shed loads of Pollock mainly in the 3-6lb mark + Codling n the 2-6lb range... . . Day 2 (15th July 2006)

Another Pollock for me at 6lb-11oz.. . Summary Another good days fishing today generally bigger fish but fewer of them.. overall good craic,good beer/food cracking fishing..
