When i go fishing whether it be rock or kayak fishing i always take a few lures with me. One thing happens every time i use them is i open the box pull one out and along come the rest of them. I was thinking of changing the trebles for singles in the hope that undoing them will be easier but here is the point, will i be able to catch with single hooks on lures.

I wouldn't use single hooks, why dont you get some hook bonnets.

Stitch have a look at martins thread bellow about his new imax bag. They contain lure tubes to keep them seperate. Looks like a quality bit of kit for rock hopping

Try the single..much more of a challenge..and much much more satisfaction catching..unless you want fish every trip...

They sell those plastic trebble hook covers in veals too, my next buy i think, i reccon they will be a top buy for the lure box.
I know what you mean though stitch, the same has happend to me and nearly lost a couple of lures off my boat, luckily for me they were floating plugs ;D ;D
Ive not been using lures for long but i cant see single hooks being as effective as trebbles. At least with a shad or something similar the single hook is fixed in such a position where it will hook, if you put it on a spinner or rapala theres more scope for it to move about too much and not hook the fish, thats in theory anyway, no harm in trying it though is there!

you could try a lure box with a seperate compartment for each lure. or few smaller boxes that will take just a couple of lures seperated
