Anywhere near benllech area fishing well for decent fish (not bothered what species) and also has any one ever caught anything from the beach at benlech shore fishing because i keep trying and havnt had a knock whatso ever bait, tactics, and marks useful and deeply appreciated as i cant catch a fish bigger than a lb thanks John

theres mullet to be caught at redwharf bay, when the tide goes out there is a low water stream. as the tide comes in the mullet come with it. you'll see them splashing all over the place, still haven't managed to catch one but they vary from 1-6lb ish. lots of smallish ones but theres big ones in amongst them !!!!! ;D ;D ;D

What bait do you catch mullet on is it bread and do I need to use small fresh water hooks

Try maddies, bread and bits of macky. It would be well worth prebaiting the river with mushed up bread as the tide is rising.
