Hi all, a friend of mine has a boat at Shoreham and has reported that they are getting a few Mackerel out there now. I am going fishing Sat 6th (weather permitting) and will post a report to the forum. Robbie.

Emma and I bagged up on them in a little over an hour from the beach at Burton Bradstock on Thursday evening, including one at 1lb 4 oz. They were taking hokkais and those tinselly feathers and all had guts full of tiny sandeel.

Hi Codhead, thanks for the reply. I dont think you can beat Hokkais for Mackerel, they outfish traditional feathers every time. cheers Robbie.
