called at Ronnie's place this morning, and met Chris, the lad that bought it, Ronnie is poorly and not expected to last, when he goes he wants to be driven past the launch strip, Chris is going to keep me informed, and I will pass it on in case any of you wish to join me there to see him off, Chris's mobile number, and he wants you to call him on it is 07917859345 he carries it with him when he is putting boats in, he has bought a new tractor, and made a lot of improvements, work still going on, the charge now is £12.50, but that is still the cheapest on the coast, he says that if you ring him before you come down he will tell you what the conditions are at the site, and what it is like out in the bay, Carn't be bad,

Ronnie died at 4am this morning in hospital at Bangor. The funeral will be on Tuesday next week, no details yet but I will post them when I know.
There is a plan to drive past the house and slip, it would be nice if you can find a bit of time to be there.
Our condolencies to Nora, John and Martha, Ronnie was a gentle Gentleman, we will miss him.

It would be nice for Ronnies family if as many could come to the slip as possible, he launched a lot of boats in that 60+ years he was there. Be brilliant if we could fill the car park. Any chance please guys.

The plan is to drive past the slipway at 1000am Tuesday, I think the burial is family only but I have been told afterwards there will be a get together in the Celtic Royal Hotel, Caernarfon.
