Is there anywhere local to Colwyn Bay I can view/buy a Prowler 13 ? This type of fishing sounds great as I have no room at home to store a boat or the ability to tow, but a Kayak on the car roof is no problem. Cheers Tim ;D

Hi the best way to find the closest is to call Johnson outdoors 01493 745192. they are the importers and will tell you where your local supplier is You can order them on line ,I will try to list as many as I can over the next few days, but try this one out www.sit-on-tops.co.uk/prowler-13-angling.htmI get mine from www.brookbankcanoes.co.uk/But I tend to use the shop in stockport. There has been a problem with the last batch of p13s It has been sorted now, I think some lots had to be returned (a small leak)mine included Saying that they are one of the best around, I have a p15 and a p13 the p15 is great in bad seas but the p13 is easier to maneuver hope this helps

I bought mine from www.canoekayaktrader.co.uk as they were cheaper than anywhere else (and boy did I shop around) and they also do free delivery. Their aftermarket advice is good as well and I've been e-mailing them daily with all sorts of questions.

www.canoekayaktrader.co.uk selling prowler 13's at £426 and also the malibu at £426 with free delivery. The advantage of Diva though is you could actually go and physically touch the kayak you want to buy.

I bought my p15 from brookbank canoes in stockport. At that time they hadn't heard of fishing kayaks but couldn't do enough to get the anglers addition which we wanted. Something which i think i should mention for people who are thinking of buying the anglers additions of the Ocean Kayak range is the seat/backrest that is shown on the American web site showing kayak and seat/backrest as part of the package. We didn't get them when they arrived so i got in touch with Johnson's who are the importers who told me there had been a mix up between the shipping, catalog's and the British market. So the moral of the story is if you don't ask then you won't get.

Hello john My mate just got his p15 last week and the seat is included and it’s the black high back seat. When I ordered my prowler angler version the bits were missing as well but I got them in the end by pestering the shop I bought it from. they cant show you a photo of what your buying and then take a bit away without making it clear from the point of sale that there is a bit different from the web adverts. I would get back on to johnsons and have a go at them for your seat .or at least some compensation so you can buy your own seat. terry

Sorry Terry i should have finished off by saying we got the seats. Can you tell me what kind of set up you have on your kayak. I have a polyethelene if thats how you spell it crate in the well with three kitchen drain pipe pieces zip tied in the corners for spare rods when not in use.
