I can't see them helping much they will get in the way when padeling , so you would have to remove them every time you move and I spent alot of time in the summer with my legs over the side. but saying all that i might try them some time

Hi john They are only 3 inches in diameter so should not get in the way when paddling I think they would be handy when you’re rooting around in your crate and just to give you that extra bit of stability when you turn around if nothing else it’s a nice soft place to rest your ankles against.
