I have been thinking about storage of my Kayak and found these down at Travis Perkins. The lot cost around £23 and are 57mm wide and 82cm long. They are made of Polyethelene and a pair can support 340kg. The tops should cause no damage or scratches to the yak and have round rubber grippers. They are made by "Stanley" and are called folding sawhorse junior. They are excellent for garage, loft, shed and I think it is possible for a second yak to be fitted between the lower legs. Another use is they fold flat and they could be transported to where your launching your yak. This could allow basic rigging and cleaning and keeps the yak off the floor and scratchy gravel. Just thought I would share them with you incase anyone else is thinking of building shelves or getting tresles made up.

Very inexpensive piece of kit - any thoughts on suitability for Kayak storage.?
