Just wondering if inflatables are good enough, maybe canals and rivers, came across the Sevylor-Rio as it would be ideal for stowing away.

Never paddled one myself, You can fish from them, just watch the hooks!! A guy turned up with one to one of our meets back in Feb (Gordon). it looked a good bit of kit to just stow away in a bag in the boot of your car, however on a long distance paddle he struggled to keep up with the rest of the paddlers that were in the longer plastic kayaks. They're not something that id like to go far in, i suppose they would come into their own round close in marks where you don't need to paddle far to get to. Again i suppose it depends on what sort of fishing you want to do, not sure how you would rig up an anchor on one either. Thats all i can say on the matter, don't really know much about them apart from what Ive seen, if your about why don't you bring it along to the next meet? All the best martin ;D
